The CA Final November 2026 admit card is downloaded from eservices.icai.org with your SSP login, and ICAI does not post a printed copy to anyone. ICAI's guidance notes for this attempt say admit cards go up generally 14 days before the first paper, which for an exam starting on Monday 2 November means around 19 October. News reports from 20 October say the cards are live, so log in and check yours today.

Download the admit card this week, not the night before. If your photo, centre or group is wrong, you need working days to get it fixed.

TL;DR

  • Where: eservices.icai.org, with your SSP username and password.
  • No physical admit card is sent. Print it yourself, and keep a spare copy.
  • Group I: 2, 4 and 6 November. Group II: 9, 11 and 13 November 2026.
  • Papers 1 to 5 run from 2 pm to 5 pm. Paper 6, IBS, runs from 2 pm to 6 pm.
  • Carrying a mobile phone into the hall, even switched off, counts as unfair means.

Is the CA Final November 2026 admit card out?

ICAI's guidance note for Final November 2026 says admit cards of all candidates will be hosted on eservices.icai.org generally 14 days before the exams begin. Several education news sites reported from 20 October that the cards are available. ICAI does not always put up a separate notice for this, so the quickest check is your own SSP dashboard.

If you applied in the July form window and paid, your card should be there. If it is not, write to the exam helpline given in the next sections.

The card should already be on SSP; ICAI's own rule is about 14 days before the 2 November start.

How do you download the CA Final admit card?

  1. Go to eservices.icai.org on a laptop or desktop.
  2. Log in with your SSP username and password. Use the forgot-password link if needed.
  3. Open the Final November 2026 exam section on your dashboard and find the admit card.
  4. Download the PDF and check every detail before you print.
  5. Print two copies on A4 paper and save the PDF on your phone and in your email.

Download from SSP, check, then print two copies. A phone copy alone will not get you into the hall.

What should you check on the admit card?

  • Your name, photograph and signature, as printed on the card.
  • Your roll number. You will write it on every answer book, so learn it.
  • The exam centre address. Visit it, or at least check the route, before 2 November.
  • The group or groups you applied for, and the medium (English or Hindi).
  • Any exemption you expect for a paper, if you carried one forward.

For any error, write to [email protected], the helpline ICAI's Final guidance note gives, and quote your registration number. Do this the same day; the first paper is only days away.

Check name, photo, roll number, centre, group, medium and exemption; report an error to [email protected] at once.

What is the CA Final November 2026 timetable?

These dates and timings are from the timetable in ICAI's Final guidance note:

  • Monday 2 November: Paper 1, Financial Reporting, 2 pm to 5 pm.
  • Wednesday 4 November: Paper 2, Advanced Financial Management, 2 pm to 5 pm.
  • Friday 6 November: Paper 3, Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics, 2 pm to 5 pm.
  • Monday 9 November: Paper 4, Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation, 2 pm to 5 pm.
  • Wednesday 11 November: Paper 5, Indirect Tax Laws, 2 pm to 5 pm.
  • Friday 13 November: Paper 6, Integrated Business Solutions, 2 pm to 6 pm, open book.

ICAI states that the schedule will not change even if a day is declared a public holiday. For the IBS paper, our guide on the IBS paper covers how to pick four of the five case studies.

Six papers across 2 to 13 November, all from 2 pm; only IBS runs four hours.

What can you carry, and what gets you in trouble?

Carry these

  • The printed admit card.
  • A photo ID. Read the instructions printed with your admit card for the IDs accepted this attempt; an original Aadhaar card is a safe one to carry.
  • Pens, a pencil, a scale and a calculator of the kind ICAI permits.
  • For IBS only: the books and notes you plan to use, already tabbed.

Leave these outside

ICAI's guidance note is blunt here. Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets, other than a permitted calculator, are not allowed in the hall. Merely having a phone with you, even switched off or on silent, is treated as unfair means, and a candidate can be debarred for five years. Leave the phone with someone outside or in your bag at the place the centre tells you.

Inside the answer book

Write your roll number only in the space given for it. Writing it anywhere else, or writing a symbol such as "OM" or "786" in the answer book, is also treated as unfair means. Break the habit in your practice papers too: no name, no symbols, nothing on the page except your answers.

Admit card, photo ID, pens and a permitted calculator go in; the phone stays out, and the answer book carries nothing but answers and the roll number in its box.

What should you do the day before each paper?

Pack the bag the night before: admit card, ID, pens, calculator. Plan to reach the centre well before 2 pm. Spend the evening on your own short notes and the remarks from papers you have had checked, not on new questions.

If you are still writing practice papers this week, Gradehunt's CA Final test series returns each paper within 48 hours, checked by an ex-examiner with step-wise marks. One checked paper before Paper 1 is enough to show you where your presentation drops marks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1.Where can I download the CA Final November 2026 admit card?

Ans.

On eservices.icai.org, after logging in with your SSP username and password. ICAI does not send printed admit cards, so a student who waits for one by post will not receive it.

Q2.When was the CA Final November 2026 admit card released?

Ans.

ICAI's guidance note says admit cards are hosted generally 14 days before the exam, and news reports from 20 October say they are live. Check your SSP dashboard rather than waiting for a notice.

Q3.Can I enter the exam hall with my admit card on my phone?

Ans.

No. Carry a printed copy. Having a phone in the hall at all, even switched off, counts as unfair means under ICAI's rules.

Q4.What should I do if my photo or centre is wrong on the admit card?

Ans.

Write to [email protected] the same day, with your registration number and a screenshot of the error, and carry your photo ID to the centre.

Q5.What is the timing of the CA Final IBS paper?

Ans.

2 pm to 6 pm on Friday 13 November 2026. It is open book and four hours long; papers 1 to 5 are three hours, from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Q6.Which ID proof is needed with the CA Final admit card?

Ans.

Carry an original photo ID, and follow the ID list in the instructions printed with your admit card. An original Aadhaar card is the safest choice for most students, since a photocopy may not be accepted.
