Who checks my CS answer sheets?
Ex-examiners on Gradehunt's evaluation team. Law answers are marked on the provision you cite, how you apply it to the facts and your conclusion, and drafting answers on format as well as content. How soon do I get my checked CS paper back?
Within 48 hours of uploading it, with a remark on every answer. If a remark is unclear, raise a doubt and our faculty will answer it.
What comes with the CS test series apart from the papers?
Notes, MCQs and ABC analysis for the subjects you buy. ICSI's study material and test papers are on icsi.edu. Past-year papers with amendments are sold separately.
When are the CS December 2026 exams?
ICSI has scheduled the CS Executive and CS Professional December 2026 exams from 21 to 28 December, 2 pm to 5:15 pm including 15 minutes' reading time. Check your paper-wise dates on the admit card.
Which CS syllabus do the papers follow?
Syllabus 2022, for both CS Executive and CS Professional. Tests for the old syllabus are no longer sold.
Are the CS Professional open-book electives covered?
Yes. Elective papers are marked on the same standard as the rest: the provision you cite, how you apply it to the facts and how clearly you write it.
What are the passing marks for CS?
ICSI needs at least 40% in each paper and 50% in the aggregate of the group, at both Executive and Professional.
Can I buy the CS test series for one paper only?
Yes. Plans are priced per subject, so you can practise only Company Law or only Tax Laws, for example, and add other papers later.
Do I have to write each CS paper on its scheduled date?
No. Write when it suits you and upload before the series expires. Try to write in the ICSI slot of 2 pm to 5:15 pm, so three hours of law answers feel normal on exam day.
What does mentorship include for CS students?
Mentorship plans include a one-to-one call with expert faculty, the faculty's WhatsApp number for your doubts and support till the end of your exams. The mentor helps you order your law papers and practise the drafting formats.

How a CS test series helps you score
Most CS papers are long, descriptive and law-heavy. Students who fall short usually know the provisions but lose marks in how they write them: an answer without the section number, a case-study answer that never applies the law to the facts, or a paper left unfinished because the first questions took too long. ICSI examiners look for the provision, its application and a clear conclusion, so the structure of the answer matters as much as the content.
A test series makes you write complete answers under the clock, then shows you, answer by answer, where the marks went. You fix the habit in the next paper instead of finding it in the result.
CS Executive or CS Professional?
CS Executive
CS Executive has seven papers in two groups under Syllabus 2022, covering company law, tax, securities law, corporate accounting and general laws. The December 2026 exams run from 21 to 28 December, from 2 pm to 5:15 pm including reading time. See the CS Executive test series.
CS Professional
CS Professional papers lean more on drafting, compliance and case-based answers, and one paper is an open-book elective. Practice here is less about memory and more about structuring long answers the way a practising Company Secretary would. See the CS Professional test series.
To pass either level you need at least 40% in each paper and 50% in the aggregate of the group, so one weak paper can hold back a whole group.

How the checking works

Which format should you choose?
- Chapter-wise tests suit you while you are still covering the syllabus. Test each chapter soon after you finish it.
- Full-syllabus mock tests belong in the last six to eight weeks. Write at least two full papers per subject before the exam.
- The series with a mentor suits students who want someone to go through their checked copies with them and turn the remarks into a revision plan.
Use ICSI's material as well
ICSI publishes study material, test papers and previous question papers with suggested answers on icsi.edu. Write them too, in exam conditions. A test series adds what you cannot do alone: an examiner marking your own answers and showing exactly what to change.
