1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. To officially cancel your registration for any course or service, please contact us via email or phone:

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
• Written Cancellation: You must submit a written request to cancel your registration. Notifications to instructors or staff do not constitute official cancellation.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical errors or server failures that prevent you from accessing your purchased service, you may request a refund. However, this must be documented and submitted within 3 days of the issue.
• Change of Course: You may change your registered course or service within seven working days from the date of purchase without incurring a fee, provided you have not accessed any of the content. A nominal fee of Rs 100 will apply for changes made after this period.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
• No Refund for Completed Services: Once you have accessed any part of the purchased course or service, the fee is non-refundable.
• Group Changes: If you wish to change your group or series (for test series and mentorship) after selection, this will incur a fee of Rs 100, provided you have not used any content from the series. Changes must be requested within seven working days from the date of purchase.
4. Course Cancellations by GradeHunt
GradeHunt reserves the right to cancel any course or service for any reason deemed necessary for the benefit of our students. In such cases, we will notify you via email and process a full refund of the fee paid.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have approved your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
